The leadership team is a small group to which the parish priest can consult on practical and strategic matters.

PASTORAL COUNCIL
The group of parishioners elected to represent the people of the parish. The PPC is a consultative group that evaluates the parish’s current vision and pastoral needs. They develop plans, coordinate implementation and link with ministry groups on a range of matters.

LEADERSHIP STRUCTURE
The parish leadership structure has been created to bring clarity and avoid decision-making overlap. Its purpose is to establish clear communication channels within the leadership, coordinate effectively, prevent duplication of efforts, and assign decision-making responsibilities appropriately.
